Two New Build Houses, Seafield Park, Portstewart

This design proposal secured planning approval to replace a single bungalow with a pair of 2.5 storey houses for a local property developer and achieved a significant planning gain. The design of each house is subtley different and each responds to their immediate surroundings, orientation, access and outlook. The houses maximise stunning coastal views of Portstewart Strand and offer an attractive and flexible range of accommodation typically comprising 4 bedrooms, 2 reception rooms, study, kitchen & dining, utility and garage.
