A development of six luxury apartments with enclosed garaging received planning permission for a local property developer. This small yet prominent triangular site required a design solution of high architectural quality which successfully resolved the challenging issues of vehicular access and carparking. Each 2 bed apartment is approximately 1000sqft and designed to provide bright and spacious living accommodation which exploited coastal views over Portrush’s West Strand.
