New House, Drumslade Road, Coleraine

This design proposal secured planning approval to replace a single storey cottage with a two storey house for a local property developer and achieved a significant planning gain.

The cruciform plan of approximately 4000 sqft offers an attractive and flexible sequence of accommodation arranged around a central double height circulation space. The first floor living room enjoys panoramic coastal views towards Portstewart and Castlerock. The house provides south facing patios from the kitchen,dining and living room with views of the River Bann. A separate garage and storage building is located at the rear of the site.
